Description
The area of operation of SUDENE is established by Complementary Law no. 125, of January 3, 2007, and its changes. The territory comprises all the states of the Brazilian Northeast Region, as well as 249 municipalities of the State of Minas Gerais and 31 municipalities of the State of Espírito Santo. The municipalities included in the area of operation of SUDENE are listed in the Complementary Law no. 185, of October 6, 2021.
