Error in the release of the IPCA 15 of September 2016

Description: Error detected by the IBGE technicians after the release of results. The same took place in the file "Results by Subitem" in the spreadsheet of monthy changes which displayed cumulative changes in 12 months instead of the monthly figures.
Actions: Table and respective file corrected.
