On Jul13, at 10 am, the IBGE will release the results of the survey "2024 Transportation Logistics", under the scope of the project Territory Networks and Flows.

The results update and deepen the pioneering map launched in 2024, showing the main Brazilian transportation infrastructures (roads, railroads, waterways, pipelines, airports and ports) with their respective load flows. It aims at supporting the understanding of logistics as a basis for the organization of the territory and regional integration.

The product includes an interactive application that spans load types, origin/destination and relevant modals. This tool works as a strategic asset aimed at the integration of data and information on load transportation and at the improvement of territorial planning.

The publication will be available on the IBGE´s Interactive Geographic Platform (PGI), aimed at experts, partner institutions and technical community. Contributions and commentaries can be sent through the IBGE´s service channels.
