In the context of the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference – Conference of the Parties (COP30), the IBGE will release, at 10:00 am, on November 10, the publication "Protected Areas within the Legal Amazon: an environmental and statistical portrait," which gathers information on the vegetation types and sociodemographic characteristics of the resident population in Protected Areas within the Brazilian Legal Amazon.
