The IBGE updates today, in the Geographic Framework, the geographies for preliminary Districts and Sub-Districts


The IBGE is pleased to inform that the geographies of preliminary districts and sub-districts were updated today, on the Interactive Geographic Platform (PGI) and on the Geographic Framework page on the IBGE website, making it possible to view and download the geographies in vector format, through the following links: https://www.ibge.gov.br/apps/quadrogeografico and https://www.ibge.gov.br/geociencias/organizacao-do-territorio/estrutura-territorial/24233-quadro-geografico-de-referencia-para-producao-analise-e-disseminacao-de-estatisticas.html?=&t=acesso-ao-produto.

This update complements the eighth release of the 2022 Population Census, on March 21, 2024, when these geographies were made available to society in tabular format.
