IBGE's support to the Ministry of Health in the fight against the coronavirus


The IBGE will go on giving support to the Ministry of Health and to Brazil in the fight against the coronavirus. Regarding the surveys related to Covid-19, the IBGE will support the Ministry of Health with its statistical expertise on several enterprises, including  specific modules within its household surveys that are being done remotely (online / by phone). This work will not involve field collection and the “serological survey”.
