The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), in partnership with the Federal Council of Economics (COFECON), will launch the second edition of the publication Economic Indicators of Brazil 2025 on July 2 at 10:00 am in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The event will take place at the Regional Council of Economics (CORECON-RJ), located at Avenida Rio Branco, 109, downtown Rio de Janeiro, and will be broadcast live via the IBGE Digital channel.
The report provides an overview of the Brazilian economy based on results from 13 short-term economic surveys conducted by the IBGE. Topics covered include labor and income; agricultural production; the performance of industry, trade and services; as well as price and cost indices.
