DATA GROUPED BY ENUMERATION AREAS OF UNIVERSE RESULTS – 2nd edition
The data grouped by census sectors originated from the micro data of the universe of the 2000 Population Census and are formed by 21 spreadsheets with data of each Federation Unit, containing over 3,200 variables.
An enumeration area is a territorial unit for data collection in census operations, defined by IBGE. It has definite borders in continuous areas and respect the political and administrative division of Brazil .
The National Territory was divided into 215 811 sectors for the conduction of the 2000 Population Census.
