Monthly Survey of Mining and Manufacturing Physical Production - Classification Compatible with PIMES
The series of indicators Physical Production - classification compatible with PIMES presents the industrial activities constant of the Monthly Survey of Mining and Manufacturing Physical Production (PIM-PF) aggregated according to the description of the activities used by the Monthly Survey of Industrial Employment and Wages (PIMES). The correspondence of the twenty-seven industrial divisions of the PIM-PF with the eighteen segments classified in the PIMES was elaborated with the objective of turning compatible the series of production and of the labor market, expanding, therefore, the possibilities of analysis of the industrial conjuncture. The series was started in 2002.
