Instructions for the submission of texts, summaries, presentations etc, in order to guide the authors/exhibitors/speakers/discussants who are going to participate in the II Meeting:

Formatted documents with complete works must be sent by e-mail: confesteconfege@ibge.gov.br. It is required that the documents be sent in PDF format, ready to be printed.

In case of slide presentations, please save the file in printing mode "LEAFLETS, 2 BY PAGE" or equivalent. In case of summaries and texts with a title, identification of authors and their affiliation on the first page of the original document. In this case, it is preferable to use Font 12 pt.

The copy of the documents sent will be done directly from the originals sent by digital means. Therefore, authors are entirely responsible for their content.

The e-mail containing the work must include the following information:

1) The code and the title of the activity to which the work is related, according to the program available on the web site of the event.

2) The name, e-mail and telephone of the author.

3) If possible, name the file as follows: ActivityXXX_NameoftheAutor.pdf, in the order "First Name + Last Surname" of the author responsible for the work.

The documents received up to August 9th will be available on the web site until the beginning of the event. The works received after this date will also be available, but this may happen only after the event is over.
